Baked Muesli

oats, blueberry and almon breakfast clos

INGREDIENTS

    5 Cups Oats
    1 Cup Coconut, desiccated
    ¼ Cup Sesame Seeds (optional)
    1 Cup Pumpkin Seeds
    1 Cup Flaked Almonds
    ½ Cup Sunflower Seeds
    ½ Cup Honey (or ½ Cup Xylitol & 1/2 tsp Stevia-I melt in the oil)
    1 Cup Avocado or Coconut Oil or olive oil
    ½ tsp Cinnamon Powder
    ¼ tsp Ground ginger
    Pinch of cloves, ground

MAKING THE MAGIC

Stir the dry ingredients together.
Heat the oil, coconut oil, sugar/xylitol, stevia and honey in a pot until just melted.
Mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.
Bake at 150 degrees Celcius for 30 minutes stirring every 10 minutes until the mixture has turned a light golden colour.
Cool completely and then package in an airtight container.
