Birchers Muesli

Oats so easy

Serves 4

Marinate overnight

INGREDIENTS

    1 1/2 cups raw oats
    2 cups plain Greek style yoghurt
    4 pears-grated
    1 punnet strawberries-stalks removed and cut in half
    4 Tbsp nut butter -any

    ​Vegan or dairy free option: use coconut yoghurt

MAKING THE MAGIC

In a bowl, mix together the oats and yoghurt, leave to soak overnight in the fridge.
The next morning, divide the oat mixture evenly into 4 breakfast bowls.
Layer each with 1 grated pear, 1/4 punnet halved strawberries and 1 tbsp nut butter.
Optional: add in a dash of ground cinnamon or nutmeg
