Boiled Egg, Spinach, Cherry Tomato and Feta Breakky

INGREDIENTS

    2 Boiled eggs, cut in half
    2 tsp Olive Oil
    1 Cup Baby Spinach
    1 Cup Cherry Tomatoes
    Salt and black pepper to season
    30 g Feta
    1 Tbsp Chopped spring onion greens

MAKING THE MAGIC

Sauté baby spinach and cherry tomatoes in the olive oil until just cooked. Season with salt and black pepper, to taste.

Place on plate and add eggs, crumb feta on-top and garnish with the greens of spring onions
