oats, blueberry and almon breakfast clos

INGREDIENTS

    1 Cup Cos, shredded
    1 Small Lebanese Cucumber
    1 Cup Carrot strips
    150g Mini Meat balls or chicken strips cooked or marinated tofu diced
    ⅓ Cup Yoghurt dressing (mint, coriander, lemon, garlic)

MAKING THE MAGIC

Place Cos in the bowl, top with cucumber, carrot strips and meat ball.
Drizzle over dressing.
