Chicken Curry

INGREDIENTS

    120 g Chicken breast, diced
    ½ Cup Rogan Josh curry sauce or Butter chicken sauce
    ¼ Cup Chilli black beans or cooked beans
    2 Tbsp Fresh Coriander, chopped
    1 Cup Cauliflower rice, cooked

MAKING THE MAGIC

In a small saucepan, combine the chicken, Rogan Josh sauce, and beans.
Simmer over low heat for 10 minutes.
Remove from heat and top with freshly chopped coriander and cooked cauliflower rice.
Season with salt and ground black pepper before serving.
