Yummy probiotic salad

INGREDIENTS
- 1 Handful Baby Spinach or greens of choice
½ Cup Sweet peas
2 Tbsp Pumpkin seeds, toasted
3 Tbsp Miso Dressing
150 g Chilli Tofu pieces, cooked or marinated Tofu of choice
MAKING THE MAGIC
Place spinach in a small bowl, top with sweet peas, pumpkin seeds, tofu pieces and Miso dressing
