Green Bean, Sausage and Asparagus Aalad

So crunchy…

Serves 1
Prep Time 5 minutes

INGREDIENTS

    1 Cup Mixed greens
    1 Cooked sausage, diced
    1/2 Cup cooked green beans
    8 Green or Black olives
    4 Small Asparagus, blanched or pickled and cut into 4
    1 Small Jalapeño pepper, sliced
    1 Tbsp sunflower seeds (toasted, plain or activated)
    Drizzle of aioli

MAKING THE MAGIC

Place lettuce in the bowl and top with sausage, green beans, olive, asparagus and jalapeño. Sprinkle over the seeds and drizzle over aioli. I added a dash of lemon juice as well. I found this salad did not need salt but you can add a touch if you feel it needs it.
