Green Goddess Goats Cheese Salad

Oh My goodness…this is delicious!

INGREDIENTS

    100- 150 g Cooked Beetroot, diced
    8 Asparagus, cooked and sliced
    75 g Goats cheese, sliced
    8 Walnut halves, roughly chopped
    2 Tbsp Green Goddess Salad dressing

MAKING THE MAGIC

In a small bowl, add in beetroot and top with asparagus, goats cheese and sprinkle over the walnuts.
Drizzle over the Green Goddess salad dressing
