Hunger Fucker Balls

oats, blueberry and almon breakfast clos

INGREDIENTS

    1/4 cup coconut oil
    250 g pitted dates, chopped into small cubes
    1 tsp vanilla extract-pure
    1 cup ground almond (or other nut)
    1/2 cup flaked almonds
    1 Tbsp chia seeds or other
    1/2 cup cranberries
    1 free range egg, beaten
    1/4 cup desiccated coconut/or ground almonds
    Pinch of salt

MAKING THE MAGIC

Melt coconut oil in a saucepan then add in dates, vanilla essence and cook until mixture forms a gooey pulp.

Add in the almonds, chia seeds and cranberries, mix well and remove from heat. Quickly stir in the beaten egg.

Cool for 5 minutes, firstly roll into balls and secondly, roll into desiccated coconut or ground almonds.

Refrigerate in an airtight container for 30 minutes before serving.
