Low Carb Calzone

Oh so YUMMY!

Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

    1 Low carb high protein wrap
    ½- 1/3 cup cheese
    3 Tbsp Pizza Sauce
    60 g Bacon (Nitrite free), cooked and diced
    2 Tbsp Spring onion, chopped

MAKING THE MAGIC

Spray a medium size pan with a little olive oil.
Place wrap onto board and cut one small line from the center to the end of the wrap.
Divide wrap into 4 quarters, smear on 2 Tbsp tomato paste onto the first quarter next to the left side of the cut wrap.
The following quarter, top with bacon
The 3d quarter, spread on remaining paste and spring onion.
The last quarter, top with the cheese.
Fold the wrap over, each quarter, clockwise
Pan sear in a lightly greased small saucepan for 2-3 minutes on either side until cheese has melted.
