Sexy Bad broccoli salad
Feed your soul and body
Serves 8 Prep Time 20 minutes

INGREDIENTS
- BROCCOLI SALAD:
500 g broccoli florets
150 g bacon
3/4 cup dried cranberries
1/2 cup crushed almonds
1/2 red onion
3 tbsp spoons Parmesan cheese
DRESSING:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
3/4 cup Greek yoghurt or sour cream
1/4 cup milk
1/4 cup lemon juice (or cider vinegar)
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp onion powder,
1 tsp mustard powder
1 tsp sugar
11/2 tsp dried dill
1 tsp dried parsley
Salt & pepper
MAKING THE MAGIC
Break up the broccoli into florets, cook the bacon and add all the salad ingredients together. Mix all the Dressing ingredients together, pour over the salad and leave for an hour to a day before serving.
